Exit12 lead by Roman Baca, engaged with Citadel Cadets and veteran students in the Fine Arts program to find common ground between dance and the military, including discipline, athleticism, and teamwork, culminating inThis collaborative effort of the first commissioned dance about The Citadel: Earning the Ring, a work inspired by the distinct movements and sounds of cadet life at the Citadel. Roman, a former Marine having served in Iraq, and a professional ballet dancer, founded Exit12 in 2007.
